Access - Mindfulness For Life brings mindfulness and meditation training where it’s needed most: to the individuals and communities that have yet to find it. Whatever the perceived barriers to meditation practice—too busy, too expensive, not in the “right place”—our goal is to share the relevance and power of these time-tested techniques with everyone.

Safety - Knowing trauma and post-traumatic stress are not uncommon, Mindfulness For Life recognizes a healthy approach to meditation is never “one size fits all.” That’s why our curriculum encourages connection with one’s own window of tolerance right from the start. Participants learn potential modifications throughout so they can skillfully balance safety with the challenge of growth.
