Community Mindfulness
Who uses Mindfulnesss For Life’s Community Mindfulness program?
We partner with local governments, civic organizations, places of worship, and other groups to offer free mindfulness and meditation training to their communities.
What is the format of the program?
Our core program is a series of four 45-minute sessions. In-person, virtual, and hybrid formats are available, depending on the needs of the community, and individual coaching may also be an option.
Why mindfulness and meditation?
Developing one’s mindfulness can establish a sense of calm, clarity, and balance that benefits both our emotional well-being and our overall health. This inner transformation reflects outward as an increased sense of control and workability when meeting challenges, and a richer experience of life’s rewards.
How is it funded?
We are funded entirely by the generosity of donors who recognize the value of safe, effective mindfulness and meditation training to the health and harmony of our communities.
