From Anger to Compassionate Action: A 6-Week Practice Series

There’s a lot to be angry about right now.

For many of us — anyone who cares deeply about the world — that anger can feel heavy or exhausting. It can also bring guilt or shame, leaving us feeling out of alignment with the kind of person we want to be.

At the same time, anger often points to exactly what matters most, and can give us the basis and energy to act on it.

This spring, we’re offering a new 6-week series called From Anger to Compassionate Action — a practice-oriented group discussion where we’ll explore how to work with anger as fuel for clarity, compassion, and meaningful action.

We’ll meet Monday evenings on Zoom and use weekly readings from Love and Rage: The Path of Liberation Through Anger by Lama Rod Owens as our guide, along with mindfulness practices and honest conversation in community.

Each session is interactive and grounded in real life — less “book study,” more skills you can actually apply.
